How much does catering cost?
We offer a very wide range of pricing that can accommodate most budgets. Please submit an inquiry, and one of our expert Sales Coordinators will work with you to perfect a menu for your occasion and budget.
How far in advance should we book OWC?
We offer limited event spaces per day, so we encourage you to reach out and book as soon as you have a confirmed event date and venue. Events are booked on a first come basis.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We are happy to accommodate a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and common allergies. Please refer to the dietary codes on your catering proposal for specific dietary information for your chosen items.
When do I need to finalize my event?
Please refer to the Event Detail Deadline on your catering proposal / contract. All final information, including menu selections, guest count, timeline, floor plan, etc. are due by this date.

To provide the best food quality, we mainly serve the Bloomington community. To confirm our service area, please refer the map to above.
Can I make changes to my proposal after signing a contract?
Absolutely. We understand that your needs will evolve throughout the planning process, and we are happy to accommodate updates along the way.
